legislative elections to renew the parliament in Venezuela will be performed next September 26, 2010. In this election will elect a total of 165 members of the National Assembly (110 ratings, 52 per list, 3 indigenous deputies) and 12 members of the Latin American Parliament. The new members were elected to replace a National Assembly dominated by 93% of supporters of Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, mainly made up of deputies of the governmental party PSUV (138), PPT (6), PCV (4) and independent (4) addition to the deputies of the opposition party PODEMOS (11 deputies).
